Frequently Asked Questions

Your immediate family, grandparents, and pets are welcome for any session type! For multiple families (cousins, etc.) book a 90 minute Premium Session. For Senior Photo Sessions, you can also bring a friend to be in a few pictures (and for moral support!)

Absolutely! Because of the other free range animals, a leash might be a good idea. Some families also choose to bring a helper along for high energy pets.

All sessions include an online viewing gallery and some full resolution, edited digital images. You'll pick your favorites to download. The amount of images included differs depending on the length of the session.

Your online viewing gallery will be up 10-14 days after your session. We can often rush your photos upon request - just let us know!

Your images will be enhanced and adjusted for proper white balance, contrast, and lighting. We can also smooth skin, touch up blemishes, and remove hair flyaways. Things we do not do: Body shaping, adding/removing makeup, and large clothing adjustments.

Yes! Your gallery includes an online store offering high quality prints, cards, albums, and other fine photo display items (some that are made right here on the Kimball Farm!)

If you can't decide on your favorites, you always have the option to purchase all of your full sized, edited digital images right through your gallery store.

While we love our modern rustic indoor studio, and acres of outdoor options, we understand that sometimes you have a special location in mind! We can almost always come to you. Email us with your location request and we'll work with you!

We put together a few tips for what to wear for your family photo session, and you can also take a look at Amy's Pinterest page for some inspiration!

Yes! Mini Sessions are offered on select dates throughout the year, and generally have a seasonal theme. Minis are 20 minutes long, and include ten full sized, edited digital images.

We keep a close eye on the weather! If it looks like rain, extreme wind, high heat, or extreme cold, we will contact you a few days before your session to discuss options, usually either shooting indoors, or rescheduling your session.
