The chickens were a hit at this farm session, especially with the youngest little lady in this 3 generation session. Eight month old H. loved chasing our free range hens around the yard, and collecting eggs from the nest boxes, and then putting them all in her basket as we all smiled with trepidation…she didn’t break a single egg! (Your screen is not off – our breed of chickens, appropriately called “Easter Eggers” lay blue eggs…) The images are beautiful now, but I like to imagine how much more meaningful these photos will become over decades.

These large family sessions is where the Ann Arbor farm location really comes in handy – there are so many {beautiful locations} on the property to explore.
