I was honored to photograph this Christmas wedding  – the couple flew in from Japan, as did Kaori’s family, to celebrate their marriage here in Michigan with the Palmer clan.   And after such a mild winter, of course the ceremony took place on the day of the ice storm!  Seth stood near the windows, watching the world being encapsulated in ice, wondering if the guests would brave the weather.   But brave they were, and it was a lovely day of families meeting each other for the first time and rejoicing.
