What Season should I choose?
Every season at the farm has a different look and feel! Some families choose spring and summer flowers, blooms, and rich greens. For others, golden autumn with soft light is perfect, especially near the pond. Winter offers its own quiet beauty - snowy fields, or the magical evergreen woods also make for lovely pictures! Who will I work with?
Some default text We have 4 photographers on the AKP team that specialize in different areas, and work together to share the load. You will see who is working on which date when you book. You can meet each of our photographers and see their work { here }.
Is this in our budget?
With our firstborn in college (and 3 more moving up the ranks!) we get it. We created simple packages that work for many budgets. Every session includes some digital images with full print permission & your yearbook image. There's always the option to purchase additional digital images, prints, grad cards, or even albums right from your gallery store - but never an obligation to do so! I'm worried it won't go well!
We completely get this fear! Almost everybody starts out nervous in front of the camera. We are pros at helping you relax and look your best! We will guide you through the whole process!
How long will it take to get my photos?
Your gallery will be ready 10-14 days from your session. (If you're running late, let us know! We can rush your gallery.) Galleries contain anywhere from 40-100 images to choose from, depending on the length of your session. You always get to choose which ones you download!
Will you travel to us?
We usually shoot on at our Ann Arbor farm location, which offers a beautiful natural light indoor studio, as well as acres of outdoor options. However, if you have a special location in mind, we can sometimes come to you! Just message us below.

Senior Session 30 | $450
- 30 minutes of photography
- Time for 1 location inside/outside the studio.
- No time for outfit changes.
- Includes 10 high-res, fully edited digital image files of your choice
- One formatted yearbook photo
- Additional images/products are available for purchase following session—if desired.
Senior Session 60 | $900
- 60 minutes of photography
- Time for 2-3 locations inside/outside the studio.
- Time for 2-3 outfit changes if desired.
- Includes 30 high-res, fully edited digital image files of your choice
- One formatted yearbook photo
- Additional images/products are available for purchase following session—if desired.
Senior Session 90 | $1375
- 90 minutes of photography
- Time for 4-5 locations inside/outside the studio.
- Time for 3-4 outfit changes if desired.
- Includes ALL high-res, fully edited digital image files of your choice
- One formatted yearbook photo
- Additional products are available for purchase following session—if desired.
What happens when I book?
When you book your package, we'll send you some useful information on how to prepare for your session date - tips on what to wear, directions to the studio, and a questionnaire to fill out so we can get to know you better! We'll even send you reminders up to the date of your session.
After your session, you'll get your gallery within 10-14 days. We'll guide you through the process of selecting your favorites, requesting additional edits, and downloading your images. You'll be able to easily order additional products right through you store if desired. Many clients choose to order their grad cards, wallet prints, or gift fine art prints through us because we make the process so easy! We back all of our items 100% - if you're not happy with your images or your products, we will make it right!
