With our firstborn in college (and 3 more moving up the ranks!) we get it. We created three simple packages that work for many budgets. Who will I work with?
We have 4 photographers on the AKP team that specialize in different areas, and work together to share the load. You will see who is working on which date when you book. You can meet each of our photographers and see their work { here }
I'm worried it won't go well!
We completely get this fear! Almost everybody starts out nervous in front of the camera. We are pros at helping you relax and look your best! We will guide you through the whole process!

- 2 to 3 locations inside and outside the studio
- 2 to 3 outfit changes, if desired.

What about the weather?
If it seems like it may be too hot, cold, windy or rainy for your session we will get in touch with you! You will be contacted the day before your session regarding weather. If we need to reschedule, we leave time blocks open for just that purpose.
what happens after my session?
10-14 days following your session, you will receive an online viewing gallery and will be able to select your favorite images for download.
Files will be high res, edited, and come with print permission. If you find you need more images then come with your session, you will have the option to purchase additional files.
Do you stand by your work?
Your investment is safe! Know that we stand by our work and promise you will love your images or we will reshoot for free.
What if I get sick?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you have illness or injury. If you have a large visible cut, bruise, or rash, please reschedule. Any issue that is small (such as a pimple) we can remove in post processing. If you are unsure, please text us a photo! There is no charge for rescheduling!
What should I wear?
After you book, your client portal will have helpful info about clothing and other details that will help your session to feel relaxed & and look your best.
Location & DIrections
Studio/Farm is located 15 west of Ann Arbor off of Scio Church Road. Address & details provided in confirmation email when booking.
Can I bring my pet?
We love pets! They are always welcome. Please do remember that we have free-range chickens, so if your dog is likely to chase them, please keep him on a leash.
How about my Best Friend?
We'd love for your sister, dad, best friend or whoever you love to be in a few shots with you! No extra charge.
What about my yearbook picture?
Every session includes a yearbook photo in addition to your digital images. We'll shoot it and format it according to your school's specifications.
