Cranbrook Institute of Science has asked me to lead the Nature photography workshop at BioBlitz this weekend! I’ll be presenting at 7:30 on Friday evening. This entire two day event is free! Come on out for a weekend of educational family fun!
What plants, animals and bugs live right here and in your neighborhood? Join us for Cranbrook’s first ever BioBlitz–a 24 hour nature event that gets everybody outside to look at what lives on campus. Scientists will take groups through citizen science activities to catalog and record species, presenters will showcase live animal programs and artists will teach how to observe and express creativity through nature.
This free, family-friendly event is open to anyone who wants to learn more about local wildlife and to become inspired about the natural world:
