You think the whole session will go just like this. The kids are calm and smiling, everyone is into it and it’s just like you dreamed….except the reality is that it’s like 90 degrees and really buggy. And it’s almost bedtime and your kids are wired…. so you can either get frustrated, or you can go with it. And Tami and Rich are amazingly fun and flexible people who rolled with it. I mean, they rolled with it so well, it looks like this is the shoot they planned. In fact, I like these images better than a planned shoot because it says something significant about them. That they love each other and the kids when things don’t go according to plan. That they make the best of hard times, and that their way isn’t the only way. That a tickle torture jumping session may be the best session there is.
