A much needed vacation day!

Favorite memories:

• The boys engaged in a snowball fight with their dad for the whole walk out of the zoo – good thing the zoo was empty, or a lot of strangers would have gotten nailed…
• Turtles were embarrassing my 10 year old!  See photo. 
• We spent the longest time in the Great Ape House.  It was pretty remarkable, as a chimp came right up to the glass and pressed her face towards us and looked at us for the longest time.  We also watched 2 huge gorillas playing a game for about 15 minutes.  It involved running around a tree with a water bowl and trying to hit each other.  It was laugh-out-loud mesmerizing.
